With a few days notice we can arrange a surprise birthday cake and a bottle of Champagne or Prosecco for your partner. Your choice of cake can be a single layer Cheese cake or a Mocha or Coconut cake in a single or double layer. Just let us know your preferences, your choice of Moet and Chandon Champagne or Santa Margherita Prosecco and we’ll arrange everything for you. It’ll be a lovely surprise for your partner and a great way of saying
- Single layer cake with a bottle of Prosecco – $250 EC ($96 US)
- Single layer cake with a bottle of Champagne – $350 EC ($135 US)
- Double layer cake with a bottle of Prosecco – $280 EC ($108 US)

Weddings
The logistics of getting married on a small Caribbean island such as Bequia are fairly simple and the island even has it’s own wedding planner. If there are just the two of you it is possible to arrange everything yourselves and we can give you the contact details for the pastor, photographer etc. Things get more complicated when you have friends and family travelling with you and even though a Caribbean wedding is the dream for many, getting everyone to agree on dates, the venue, the flights, the costs etc can be a daunting and frustrating experience. If you persevere and your patience survives, you will be rewarded with an experience that will be with you for a lifetime.
All the world loves a wedding – and Bequia is no different from anywhere else. If you choose the island’s traditional method of travelling from your wedding to your reception in one of Bequia’s open backed taxis, expect half the island to come out along the route to wish you well and vehicles to honk delightedly as you pass!
The marriage ceremony can take place anywhere. You can get married at Tropical Hideaway or on the nearby Princess Margaret Beach. You can get married on a nearby deserted island or in one of Bequia’s beautiful old churches.
For visitors, the only requirement is that they reside in St. Vincent & the Grenadines for one full day before applying for a Special Marriage Licence, which will permit you to marry during your stay – even if it is only for a few days.
The wonderful things about a wedding on Bequia is the relaxed atmosphere, the beautiful white sandy beaches, the genuine friendliness of the local Bequia people and of course the warm sunny weather.
